How do I create an account?
 
If you are a NEW customer and Tax Exempt in Florida, North Carolina or South Dakota, please call us at 1-800-717-5469 before completing your order.
 
1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is calculated according to the total amount of your order.
Orders under $70.00 add $7
Orders $70.00 - $399.00, add 10%
Orders $400.00 - $999.00, add 8%
Orders $1000.00 - $2499.00, add 6%
Orders over $2500.00 add $75
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?
  If a product does not meet your needs, you may return the item(s) within 30 days. Items must be returned in like-new, resellable condition. Please include your packing slip, so we may match items with your original invoice. Be sure to return items in a traceable manner (ex. UPS, FedEx, etc) as you are responsible for the items until they return to Linx.
I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service at 1-800-717-5469 within 72 hours of receiving the product.
What is your return policy?
  Please contact customer service at 1-800-717-5469 for returning products. We do have a 30-day return policy.
When will my order ship?
  We make every effort to ship products same day. If an item is out of stock, we ship within 7-10 days.
