|How do I create an account?|
If you are a NEW customer and Tax Exempt in Florida, North Carolina or South Dakota, please call us at 1-800-717-5469 before completing your order.
1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".
|How do I edit my account information?|
|Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.|
|How much is my shipping?|
|Shipping is calculated according to the total amount of your order.
Orders under $70.00 add $7
Orders $70.00 - $399.00, add 10%
Orders $400.00 - $999.00, add 8%
Orders $1000.00 - $2499.00, add 6%
Orders over $2500.00 add $75
|I forgot my password.|
|Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.|
|How do I return my product?|
|If a product does not meet your needs, you may return the item(s) within 30 days. Items must be returned in like-new, resellable condition. Please include your packing slip, so we may match items with your original invoice. Be sure to return items in a traceable manner (ex. UPS, FedEx, etc) as you are responsible for the items until they return to Linx.|
|I received the wrong product.|
|If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service at 1-800-717-5469 within 72 hours of receiving the product.|
|What is your return policy?|
|Please contact customer service at 1-800-717-5469 for returning products. We do have a 30-day return policy.|
|When will my order ship?|
|We make every effort to ship products same day. If an item is out of stock, we ship within 7-10 days.|
